Poster Guidelines

The Congress is working very hard to make the event a success.

Due to logistical and space issues we have decided to provide a poster printing service for a low cost of $50 USD per poster.  We strongly encourage poster presenters to use our printing, delivery and setup service. This will allow the Congress to plan the event more efficiently and provide a better viewing experience for the participating delegates.

Posters will be separated into two sessions and each session will serve refreshments during the session to ensure maximum participation.

We have gone ahead and added the $50 USD charge to your account to facilitate the process. Make sure to pay your invoice after uploading your poster. Posters will not be printed unless the invoice is paid.

We have designed a powerpoint template for presenters to download and use to facilitate the process. The poster template may be downloaded here:

When using the template please note the instructions on the right and left will not appear when printed.

Make sure to upload your poster by June 5, 2017. From there, we will take the responsibility to print, deliver and set-up your poster at the date and time of your poster session indicated above. We will make a soft proof (high resolution .jpg) for you to approve before printing.

Do not include your poster number on the poster. We will insert the number for you.

We highly recommend you use the template.

If you do not wish to use our services and would prefer to bring your poster onsite, please note that the size of the posters cannot exceed 39”(w) x 55”(h). Onsite, you will need to set-up your poster the morning of your presentation at the location assigned to you.
